Refunds Policy
Refunds will strictly only be given in the event goods delivered are damaged or defective. If the customer no longer requires the item or finds it to be incompatible with their existing system then we cannot offer a refund.
For branded goods such as Grohe, Mira, Deva, Hansa, Hudson Reed etc a 25% restocking fee will apply for goods returned for any other reason other than damaged or defective. This is due to each branded order being fulfilled by placing an non-refundable order by us to our distributor.
